Where the wind took me: Glassblowing

I started glass blowing as a minor study at College for Creative Studies. At the time I had no idea about the industry or that it would become something that I do for a living! Now I’m pursuing full time work as a glass artist. I’m currently working at The Glass Smith in Richmond IL. We do live demos, custom work, and classes. While I’m in the shop you can see me working on dishware with cool patterns and nature-inspired color palettes.

I’m working on developing a style and look for my work. I was trained in Venician glass techniques and love the elegant styles that are a part of the practice. Stay tuned for collection drops as I continue to design and ideate more work.
